NatureBoss is an online marketplace which connects corporate teams with environmental groups that can facilitate meaningful experiences in nature.

How can I register my business/environmental group?

It’s easy! Simply click “Sign Up” (located at the top right hand corner of the homepage), complete your profile, and then listing/booking experiences.

How does NatureBoss verify the environmental experience providers that use your platform?

NatureBoss verifies all experience providing organisations on our platform through cross-checking registration numbers/active ABNs, and each organisation is taken through our interview process to ensure the cause is evident in their work and their experiences are well planned. All organisations using NatureBoss must adhere to our Terms and Conditions (located at the bottom of our homepage).

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

How do you track social impact?

NatureBoss calculates the impact of all activity on our platform in real-time based on your organisation's actions. This information is instantly available to you via your Dashboard.

I need to make a change/update to an experience that is already booked - what do I do?

All experience updates/changes can be made through contacting your NatureBoss Account Manager via email at hello@natureboss.com.au From there, one of our friendly team members will be in touch.
